To slim down effectively and quickly, our Women's Workout program at Fight Club is a terrific way to begin. In the ladies program the classes which are constantly offered to join consist of boxing classes, cardio kick boxing, ultimate fitness conditioning and squat squad class. The classes are made for newcomers and advanced students allowing everybody to exercise at their own speed. The sessions are made to have you in, warmed up, get an intense, work out and be done within an hour. Our instructors lead the cardio kick boxing class, teaching you the correct way to kick and punch the bags and pads, following the same regimen they use when practicing for their fights. There are also partner exercises with other students punching and kicking pads with each other. Not only are you getting a terrific exercise from this class, but you are also learning ways to defend yourself. The rewards of taking this class is that the fast speed keeps your heart pumping and calories shedding much quicker than using cardio machines such as the elliptical or treadmill. Our boxing class focuses on punching and kicking the heavy bag as opposed to using no bag at all as they do in Muay Thai. The conditioning class is designed in high magnitude circuit work outs using exercise equipment such as bar bells, free weights, sleds, agility ladders etc. Going from one exercise drill directly into another keeps you in continuous motion helping improve your endurance.

In the female workout program these classes mainly centers on full body exercises except the squat squad class. The session concentrates on the leg muscles in addition to your butt. Squat squad is predominately a weight lifting session for ladies and we target your legs and tone your butt. Although the class moves at a less quickly speed it is still an amazing work out. Outside of the Women's fitness program, we also provide co-ed MMA fighting classes where not only are you sustaining a serious exercise but really focusing on self defense.

 

Every one of our sessions in the Ladies program were made so that you get rid of any where from 700 to 1000 calories each class. From taking these classes we have triumph stories of women who come to lose 20-30 lbs to those who came and lost between 100-120 lbs.
